QA ENGINEER
EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT:
- BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING
QUALIFICATION:
- Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of quality assurance terminologies, methods, and tools is an advantage
- Team Player, flexible, reliable and responsible
- Proficient in MS Office including database management
JOB SPECIFICATION:
- Ability to read and interpret mold drawings and technical blueprints
- Basic understanding of product development and prototyping
- Model training, validation, and optimization
- Check randomly the parts supplied from supplier based on Pre-Delivery Inspection Report.
- Prepares sub-con rejection report based on supplied parts performance from production
- Prepare quality limit samples for supplied parts from Sub-Con / Supplier.
- Checks any quality process change based on initial implementation of Sub-Con.
- Handles Supplier/Sub-Con rejections, inquiries and concerns.
- Check supplier/sub-con countermeasure implementation & effectiveness.
- Evaluates and analyze any quality process change prior to mass production (Assembly/Injection)
- Evaluates and check the minor changes that deviates from quality standard.
- Check the countermeasure implementation & effectiveness at the production (Assembly/Injection)
- Prepares Quality Documentation for Quality Process Control at the production.
- Coordinates to production quality related issues and concerns.
- Prepares Quality Standards required by the customer.
- Prepares analysis and proposed countermeasures for the quality problem occurrence.
- Reports the daily quality results/outputs and other related issues to QA Supervisor or /and QA Mgr.
