About the role
Tropical Group is seeking a Daily Worker Host/Hostess to join our team in Coco Bistro Kuta Square Bali. This is a full-time position based on-site at our Kuta location. As a Daily Worker Host/Hostess, you will be the welcoming face of our travel and hospitality operations, providing exceptional guest services and support to ensure every visitor has a memorable experience. This role is fundamental to creating a positive first impression and maintaining the high standards of customer care that define Tropical Group.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 months experience as a Receptionist, or in Guest Service.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Friendly, well-groomed, and professional.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and on shifts.
Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests professionally.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
Coordinate with the service team.
Ensure excellent guest service at all times.
