Key Responsibilities
Develop, monitor, and evaluate the Company's Business Plan, Annual Budget, and business strategies in alignment with corporate objectives.
Prepare and analyze periodic management reports, including financial performance, business performance, and key business indicators.
Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and provide recommendations to support business decision-making.
Monitor company performance against business targets and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare presentations, reports, and business analyses for Management, Board of Directors (BOD), Board of Commissioners (BOC), Shareholders, and Headquarters.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments to collect, validate, and analyze business and financial data.
Support strategic initiatives, business projects, and ad-hoc analyses requested by Management.
Ensure the accuracy and timely submission of reports to Headquarters and other stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Planning, Corporate Planning, FP&A, Financial Planning, or Corporate Strategy, preferably in a multifinance, leasing, banking, or financial services company.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business performance management.
Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Experience in preparing reports and presentations for senior management, BOD/BOC, or shareholders.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
