Perform routine maintenance, scheduled servicing, and breakdown repairs on mining excavators (KOMATSU, VOLVO, HITACHI, etc.)
Independently diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic systems, engines, and electrical circuits
Lead and mentor junior mechanics; conduct on-the-job training
Maintain equipment service records; develop preventive maintenance schedules; forecast spare parts requirements
Assist with repairs of other heavy equipment including dump trucks and bulldozers
Strictly adhere to all mine site safety procedures and standards
Technical school diploma or higher in mechanical engineering, automotive repair, or related field
Minimum 3 years of hands-on excavator repair experience; capable of independent diagnosis of hydraulic, engine, and electrical systems
Experience with KOMATSU PC200, VOLVO, HITACHI excavator models is highly preferred
Skilled in welding, cutting, and basic metal fabrication; certifications are a plus
Ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia for daily work is preferred
Prior heavy equipment experience in mining operations is preferred
Physically fit and able to work in a tropical mining environment with shift rotations
Good character, clean criminal record, strong teamwork mindset
