About the role
Bali International Hospital is seeking experienced and dedicated General Nurses and Nurses with Certifications to join our dynamic healthcare team in Bali. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in providing high-quality, compassionate patient care to our diverse community. What you'll be doing
Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
Collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualised patient care plans
Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures
Promoting patient and family education, empowering them to actively participate in their healthcare
Demonstrating a strong commitment to patient safety and quality of care
Continuously updating your nursing knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development
What we're looking for
Min. bachelor's degree and profession ners.
Valid nursing registration and certification, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
Fresh graduate are welcome.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in administering medications, performing basic nursing interventions, and using medical equipment.
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to provide optimal patient care.
Commitment to maintaining a high standard of professional ethics and patient confidentiality
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, or a willingness to learn
