Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic KOL Manager to lead the development and execution of our overall Influencer marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will ensure the identify KOL educational needs, referral influencer networking and developing new KOLs. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, managing budgets, and connecting with agencies. Key Responsibilities:

1. Formulate and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with organizational objectives.

2. Drive initiatives to enhance brand awareness and online selling.

3. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to integrate the brand strategy into influencer marketing.

5. Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving consumer preferences.

6. Manage budgets effectively, optimizing spending to achieve maximum return on investment for KOL Management.

7. Building relationships with key industry influencers and agencies.

Job Qualifications:

- College Graduate

- 2 years and more experience (in cosmetics/beauty retail or FMCG)

1. Demonstrated success in a KOL Manager role or similar position.

2. Strong strategic thinking skills and leadership abilities

3. Experience in Influencer marketing

4. Excellent ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

5. Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for creative problem-solving

6. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail in brand representation
