Job description: Chef De Partie - Italian Cuisine
Bottega Italiana Bali is looking for an experienced Chef De Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen team. We are looking for someone passionate about Italian food, responsible, and able to lead a station well in a busy restaurant environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and run a specific kitchen station (Pasta / Pizza / Antipasti, etc) during service
Prepare and cook high-quality Italian dishes according to company standards
Supervise, train, and support kitchen helpers on your station
Keep the station clean, organized, and follow food safety/hygiene standards
Check station inventory, manage prep lists, and report low stock
Follow company rules and kitchen guidelines
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 1 year experience as a CDP or Demi-CDP in a reputable Italian restaurant
Able to speak English
Deep knowledge of Italian culinary techniques (fresh pasta, dough fermentation, or sauce emulation)
Strong leadership, responsible, and well-organized
Able to work fast, multitask, and work well under pressure
Good attitude and open to feedback
Able to work in a team
