Job Description
1. Conduct accurate Chinese-Indonesian bilingual translation for operational policies, HR & finance documents, contracts, marketing copy, store content and official publicity materials.
2. Provide on-site interpretation and online meeting translation support, record meeting minutes and organize bilingual archives.
3. Proofread translated content, unify company terminology, and ensure accurate, consistent and professional translation quality.
4. Assist business teams on localized translation and polishing for short video scripts, live broadcast copy, advertisement content and product detail pages to fit local language habits.
5. Translate official documents, reports and SOPs from headquarters, synchronize updated information to local team, and complete other translation tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements
1. Indonesian local fresh graduate, major in Indonesian Language, English, Translation, Chinese Language and Literature or related majors.
2. Academic ranking within top 20% of the cohort, excellent academic performance.
3. IELTS 5.5 and above, proficient in bilingual working environment, able to understand official English documents and communicate smoothly with Chinese team.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, precise work attitude, proactive in task completion and problem solving.
5. High dedication spirit, willing to cooperate with team projects and urgent tasks.
6. Excellent pressure resistance and stable mentality, able to maintain high-quality work output and long-term stable development.
