QUALIFICATION
Bachelor degree from forestry, agriculture, engineering or related major.
Minimum experience 7 years in sustainability palm oil, specific in Certification.
Deep knowledge of Certification process, RSPO, ISPO, and SCCS.
Able to work independently with creativity and solve the problem.
Sensitive to sustainability issues such as deforestation, peat pollution, safety, social, worker's exploitation, legal matters etc and share the information with team members.
JOB DESCRIPTION
To plan for sustainability works and suit with company aspiration and target. Work with Estate, Mill and Sales team for the movement of FFB, CPO, PK, PKO and PKE to their end point.
Gain knowledge in supply chain system in RSPO, ISCC and ISPO.
Work with certification body and RSPO on the operation of Prisma platform.
Monitoring of respective department on their activity is compliant with RSPO, ISCC and ISPO requirements. It includes checking of production volume and stock.
Must ensure no over production without basis and no oversell of certified products. If any, it should be communicated to top management.
Schedule internal and external audit for related schemes.
Working and communicate with other departments, certification body, consultants, suppliers, buyers, community, workers and other stakeholders as to make sustainability works running well.
