- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to member inquiries regarding:
- Benefit utilization
- Letter of Authorization (LOA) issuance
- Policy coverage and exclusions
- Approval status and related healthcare benefits concerns
- Professionally handle member complaints and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Meet service-level targets through high productivity and quality customer interactions.
- Coordinate with technical teams, insurers, brokers, and service providers to resolve member concerns and achieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates of medical-related courses are welcome to apply; internship experience in a medical or healthcare setting is an advantage.
- At least 3rd-year college undergraduate with experience in the medical or healthcare industry.
- Bachelor's Degree holder with relevant experience in the medical and healthcare field.
- Experience in a call center environment is preferred (but not required)
- Medical or healthcare account experience is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Tagalog.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, responsible, and solution-driven mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
