Who will you be working with?

You will be part of the EMEA Sales organization and work closely with the Head of Inside Sales, EMEA, Field Sales teams, Technical Service teams, Marketing, and Customer Support. In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues across Europe to develop customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver customer-focused solutions. You will also engage daily with customers, supporting them throughout the sales journey and contributing to long-term business success.

How will you make a difference?

As an Inside Sales Specialist (m/f/d), Germany, you will report directly to the Head of Inside Sales, EMEA. You will be responsible for developing and growing an assigned customer portfolio by building strong customer relationships and driving sales opportunities in close collaboration with Field Sales teams. Through a proactive, customer-centric approach, you will manage the entire sales cycle, identify new business opportunities, and support customers with tailored technical solutions. Your ability to combine technical expertise with commercial awareness will contribute to business growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term success within the German market and the wider EMEA region.

What do we want to know about you?

  • Solid technical background in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) with strong knowledge of UT and ET technologies and their practical applications.
  • NDT Level 2 certification preferred or equivalent technical expertise.
  • Knowledge of Industrial Visual Endoscopy (RVI) is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of technical products including ultrasonic testing equipment, flaw detectors, phased array systems, and visual inspection technologies.
  • 3–5 years of experience in an industrial B2B environment, such as inspection, technical service, training, sales, or aftersales roles.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and transform technical requirements into business opportunities.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and digital sales tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Fluent German and English language skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication, customer relationship, and stakeholder management skills.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Manage the complete sales cycle for your assigned customer portfolio, from initial contact through order confirmation.
  • Drive business growth through cross-selling, upselling, and proactive customer engagement.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, prospecting activities, and targeted sales campaigns.
  • Promote and sell Technical Service Solutions tailored to customer needs and installed equipment.
  • Qualify inbound leads and ensure effective customer segmentation and opportunity management.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer records within the CRM system.
  • Deliver virtual customer presentations, demonstrations, and solution-focused discussions.
  • Develop innovative approaches to solve customer challenges and create value-added solutions.
  • Continuously expand your technical and commercial expertise through training and collaboration with Field Sales teams.
  • Participate in occasional travel within Europe for team meetings and business activities.
