QA Pharmacovigillance & Supplier Quality Supervisor

Job Description:

• Manage all available facilities and resources to optimize the Pharmacovigilance output

• Responsible for vendor evaluation and re-evaluation activities

• Assist QA Senior Quality Assurance Operation, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance (QPPV) Manager in preparing annual budget plan and arrange the Quality Assurance Department's expenses to be balanced and efficient

• Create and submit Pharmacovigilance reports to BPOM

• Prepare and update SOP regarding qualification and vendor audit

• Prepare schedule and coordinate the execution of vendor audit

Job Requirement:

• Apothecary with minimum 3 years experience

• Have at least relevant educational background and obtained pharmacovigilance-related training

• High motivated to work in vendor audit and evaluation

• Responsible, hard worker, fast learner, and strong leadership

• Able to work individually and with team as well

• Have received training and understand the Good Manufacturing Practices (CPOB)

• Fluent in English both speaking and writing
