    Key Learning Responsibilities

    • Network Support: Assist in basic network maintenance, resolving connectivity issues, and managing network devices like routers and switches​
    • Documentation: Create and update user guides, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles for internal use​.
    • User Support: Respond to and resolve user queries related to operating systems, software, and other IT-related issues via email, phone, or in-person​.
    • Asset Management: Track and manage IT inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely updates.
    • System Monitoring: Monitor and log system activities to identify and resolve potential problems​.
