Social Media Specialist (Project-Based 6 Months / Full-Time Open)

Join the dynamic team at PT NPLUS TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA as a full-time Social Media Specialist. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns across Meta and TikTok platforms to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth. Based in the vibrant city of West Jakarta, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s digital marketing performance and contributing to impactful campaign results.

What you'll be doing
- Developing and executing end-to-end weekly and monthly social media content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Creating campaign storylines, writing video scripts, and setting up visual concepts.
- Handling end-to-end content production, including operating mobile cameras and acting as on-screen talent/model.
- Editing high-engagement video content (Reels/TikTok shorts) using mobile or desktop editing tools.
- Leading team brainstorming sessions to identify current viral FYP trends and upcoming campaign themes.
- Preparing clear and actionable design briefs for graphic designers and the multimedia team.
- Managing daily social media operations, publishing approved content, and maintaining communityengagement (responding to comments and DMs).
- Creating interactive daily Instagram Stories (minimum 10+ stories per day) to drive engagement and online sales.
- Assisting the livestream and KOL team by preparing creative gimmick content, scriptwriting, and managing talent needs.
- Sourcing, shortlisting, and managing relations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)/influencers for product endorsements.
- Monitoring daily social media metrics (Engagement Rate, reach, saves, shares, and follower growth).

What we're looking for
- Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Social Media Specialist, or similar creative roles in Digital Agency company
- Strong portfolio demonstrating capability in content ideation, scriptwriting, video editing, and on-screen confidence.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms, current viral trends, and platform analytics (Instagram Insights & TikTok Analytics).
- Proven experience handling social media communities and creating high-volume daily interactive stories.
- Previous exposure or experience handling brands in F&B, cosmetics, fashion, or consumer goods (FMCG) is a massive advantage.
- Familiarity with supporting live-streaming channels (TikTok/Shopee) and tracking influencer/KOL endorsement performance.
- Highly creative mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
