Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in the medical device industry, with a strong focus on private hospitals and hospital group accounts.
Proven track record in managing strategic Key Accounts, major private hospitals, and hospital group networks.
Well-established network with key decision makers in private hospitals, including hospital owners, directors, procurement teams, biomedical departments, ICU/OR leaders, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Strong experience in developing relationships with KOLs, clinical leaders, and medical specialists to support business growth and clinical adoption.
Strong understanding of private hospital procurement processes, capital equipment purchasing, tender management, and project execution.
Responsibilities
Achieve annual sales targets within assigned Key Accounts, focusing on private hospitals and hospital groups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Identify and drive key projects, tenders, and business opportunities.
Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to maximize project success.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and strategic account opportunities.
Prepare sales pipeline, forecasts, and business reports.
