Key Responsibilities

Concierge Service Management

• Manage and oversee all concierge services offered to guests.

• Assist guests with organizing transportation, airport transfers, private drivers, activities, restaurants, wellness services, tours, and special requests.

• Ensure all guest requests are handled professionally and efficiently.

• Continuously improve the quality and diversity of concierge services available.

• Create memorable experiences that exceed guest expectations.

Partnership Development

• Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with local service providers.

• Build relationships with restaurants, beach clubs, wellness centers, spas, tour operators, private chefs, photographers, transportation providers, and other tourism-related businesses.

• Secure preferential rates, exclusive benefits, and commission agreements for the company and its guests.

• Regularly evaluate partner performance and service quality.

• Expand the concierge network across Bali.

Revenue Growth

• Develop new concierge products and experiences.

• Maximize upselling opportunities before and during guest stays.

• Create attractive packages and exclusive offers for guests.

• Monitor and optimize concierge-related revenue streams.

• Identify emerging market trends and partnership opportunities.

Guest Experience Enhancement

• Ensure guests receive personalized recommendations tailored to their preferences.

• Resolve issues related to concierge services and partner performance.

• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

• Gather guest feedback and implement continuous improvements.

Internal Coordination

• Work closely with Guest Relations, Villa Managers, Operations, and Marketing teams.

• Ensure all teams are informed about available concierge services and promotions.

• Train staff on concierge offerings and partnership opportunities.

• Maintain an up-to-date database of partners, pricing, and service details.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in concierge services, hospitality, tourism, partnerships, business development, luxury services, or related industries.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Excellent customer service and hospitality knowledge.

• Strong negotiation and partnership development skills.

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

• Good understanding of Bali's tourism and lifestyle ecosystem.

• Additional language skills are a plus.

• Having a strong local network in Bali will be highly advantageous.

• Comfortable interacting with international guests and premium clientele.
