Project Manager

Requirements

• Lead overall project execution covering Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) for LNG facilities

• Manage project implementation in terms of quality, schedule, cost, compliance, and HSE

• Identify, assess, and resolve complex multi-discipline problems across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases

• Monitor and control project schedules, budgets, and progress at a detailed level to ensure alignment with project objectives

• Ensure strict compliance with EPC HSE regulations, company procedures, and international codes/standards

• Coordinate and supervise multi-disciplinary teams, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver project milestones successfully

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or related discipline)

• Minimum 10 years of experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects, with at least 5 years in LNG facilities (liquefaction, regasification, or LNG storage/terminal projects)

• Strong knowledge of EPC process execution (FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning) in LNG projects

• Proven track record in managing multi-discipline project scopes (process, piping, mechanical, E&I, civil) beyond civil-only focus

• Familiar with international Oil & Gas codes and standards as well as Migas HSE regulations

• Strong leadership with ability to lead large cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at all levels

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills (fluent in English, spoken and written)

• Skilled in preparing accurate project budgets, schedules, and detailed progress reports

• Proficient in project management tools and basic computer applications (MS Office, MS Project/Primavera, etc.)
