Be able to complete all assigned driving tasks and other duties assigned by management efficiently and to a high standard. Remain reachable at all times during working hours, avoid lateness, and provide timely and accurate updates when required.
Strictly comply with traffic laws and regulations, maintain a strong safety awareness, and be able to respond promptly and effectively to potential risks. No traffic accidents should occur due to personal negligence or misconduct.
Maintain a professional appearance, demonstrate courteous and respectful behavior, provide proactive and friendly service to passengers, and adopt a smooth and safe driving style to ensure a comfortable travel experience.
Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM every day. Employees are required to work seven days per week and are entitled to up to two days of leave per month. Any leave request must be submitted to and approved by management in advance.
