As a Waiter or Waitress at Kaum Restaurant Jakarta, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers, taking orders, and efficiently serving food and beverages
- You will maintain excellent communication with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
- You will contribute to the overall atmosphere of the restaurant by interacting warmly with customers and addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
- Ability to engage in public speaking and provide top-notch customer service will be instrumental in enhancing guest satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- Minimum of SMA/SMK educational qualification and have between one and three years of experience in a similar position.
- You should demonstrate strong skills in selling, providing excellent customer service, working effectively in a team environment, and communicating clearly and confidently in public settings.
