What Will You Do:
Develop and execute brand and commercial strategies to drive revenue and business growth.
Own brand P&L, sales targets, budget, and overall business performance.
Lead product launches, pricing, portfolio management, and go-to-market initiatives.
Develop and execute trade marketing programs across Modern Trade, General Trade, Pharmacy, Specialty Retail, and E-commerce.
Manage commercial negotiations with retailers, distributors, and strategic partners.
Monitor sales, margin, profitability, inventory, and trade investment performance.
Work closely with Sales and Supply Chain teams on demand planning, inventory, and product availability.
Manage relationships with brand principals and key business partners.
Lead cross-functional projects and ensure effective execution of commercial initiatives.
What Are The Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
Minimum 8 years of experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Beauty, Personal Care, or Healthcare.
Strong experience in Brand Management, Trade Marketing, and Commercial Strategy.
Experience managing P&L, sales targets, and commercial budgets.
Strong understanding of Modern Trade, General Trade, and E-commerce channels.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and financial skills.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong leadership and ownership with the ability to work cross-functionally.
