About the role
This role involves analysing business processes and user functional requirements, configuring ERP modules, and providing system-based solutions. You will present and demonstrate systems to business stakeholders, prepare documentation, train end-users, manage UAT processes, coordinate with ERP developers, and provide post-implementation support.
Key responsibilities
Analyse business processes and user functional requirements
Configure ERP modules (Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, etc.)
Provide effective and efficient ERP system-based solution recommendations
Present and demonstrate systems to business stakeholders
Prepare Business Requirement Document (BRD) and Functional Specification Document (FSD)
Train end-users in ERP system usage
Handle User Acceptance Test (UAT) and document results
Coordinate with ERP Developer to ensure technical requirements can be realised
Provide post-implementation support and make improvements as needed
About you
Bachelor's degree (S1/D4) in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or Business Administration
1-3 years of experience in ERP implementation or related functional work (recent graduates with relevant internship background may be considered)
Deep understanding of specific modules such as Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, HR, or Manufacturing
Ability to map business flows into ERP systems (configuration), create technical documentation, and conduct system testing
Basic understanding of database architecture and programming logic to communicate with technical teams (SQL, query, coding)
Ability to explain complex technical terms clearly to non-technical clients or users
Critical thinking skills to find the best solutions to client operational problems
Patience in training users on new systems and managing resistance to change
Ability to schedule, plan, and set implementation targets to ensure timely completion
Active English language communication skills
