About the role
Principal Marketing Executive role at PT. TNS involves connecting between principal and TNS to translate business objectives, marketing plans, and principal programs into TNS business implementation.
Key responsibilities
- Translate Principal marketing plans into strategies and programs relevant to market conditions, channels, customers, and TNS distribution capabilities
- Collaborate with principal and area operational teams to propose, develop, and monitor promotion/activation programs to ensure effectiveness and accurate targeting
- Analyse product, program, channel, and market performance to identify opportunities and provide best recommendations to principal and TNS management
- Build effective coordination with principal, Sales Operation, Customer Marketing, Logistic, Finance, and related functions to ensure effective execution
- Monitor sales, stock, and product handling and provide action recommendations to control bad stock
About you
- Minimum S1 education from any field
- Minimum 2 years experience in principal marketing
- Knowledge and understanding of marketing strategy, customer handling, and sales data analysis
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Creative thinking and good public speaking ability
