About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilledZoho Automation Expertto help design, build, and optimize automated workflows across the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Zoho applications, workflow automation, integrations, and process optimization.
You will work closely with our team to understand business processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement efficient solutions that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Zoho applications.
- Configure and optimize Zoho CRM workflows, Blueprints, automation rules, approvals, and custom functions.
- Build and manage integrations between Zoho applications and third-party platforms.
- Develop custom automation usingDeluge scripting, APIs, webhooks, and other integration tools.
- Automate lead management, sales processes, customer communication, reporting, and internal workflows.
- Create and maintain Zoho Forms, Zoho Flow, Zoho Creator applications, and other Zoho solutions as required.
- Troubleshoot automation issues, integration errors, and system inefficiencies.
- Review existing business processes and recommend improvements and automation opportunities.
- Create documentation for workflows, automations, integrations, and system processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.
- Monitor and maintain existing automations to ensure they continue to function efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience as aZoho Automation Specialist, Zoho Developer, Zoho CRM Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience withZoho CRMand other Zoho applications.
- Proficiency inDeluge scripting.
- Experience withZoho Flow, Zoho Creator, Zoho Forms, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Booksis highly preferred.
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes, workflow automation, and business process optimization.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify practical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to document processes and explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Zoho certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience integrating Zoho with platforms such as accounting software, payment systems, marketing tools, communication platforms, or other business applications.
- Experience with Make, Zapier, or other automation platforms is an advantage.
- Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses and understanding their operational processes.
